1991’s breakthroughs are still changing the world: lots of important things happened in 1991. That was the year when the map of Europe was more or less redrawn with the dissolution of the Soviet Union. But that is not what we want to discuss at this Security Council. Following the Iraqi invasion Kuwait, a United Nations Coalition Force including USA, Arab and European countries bombarded Iraqi Forces in Kuwait and force them out of Kuwait and back to Iraq. “This will be the mother of all battles” the words from Saddam Hussein predicted an awful bellic conflict that will not end until Hussein was executed in the 2000".
